• Custom-made dance school uniforms
• Luxury bespoke garments
• Made-to-order apparel and accessories All items are produced to order and are not mass-produced.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
This may include:
• Incorrect pricing or product information
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity
• Orders that cannot be fulfilled If your order is cancelled, you will be notified and refunded if applicable.
PRICING & PAYMENT
• All prices are listed in GBP (£)
• Full payment is required before production begins
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice
PRODUCTION & TURNAROUND
Estimated turnaround times:
• Essentials:1–4 weeks
• Custom uniforms: 6–9 weeks These are estimates and may vary during busy periods. Delays do not qualify for refunds or cancellations.
CUSTOM PRODUCTS For bespoke and custom items:
• Designs are agreed before production
• Once approved, no changes can be made
• By placing an order, you confirm approval of the design We recommend ordering samples where possible.
RETURNS & REFUNDS Due to the custom nature of our products:
• All sales are final
• We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
SIZING & RESPONSIBILITY
Customers are responsible for:
• Selecting the correct size
• Providing accurate order details
We are not liable for incorrect sizing or information provided at checkout.
SHIPPING
• Orders are dispatched once production is complete
• We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers
• Risk transfers to the customer once the order has been shipped
